Here we are with NEW website with new ideas and collaborations
 
We are going Ethical; our new boxes from www.tinyboxcompany.co.uk  will be with us
In a few weeks. These are made ethically here in England.
Next we have a new collaboration stunning new pieces specially designed, handmade with felted silk, vintage lace and some sparkle. Finished off with a Bo Bangles heart and Swarovski detail ,the handmade fabric is so soft, the garters are simply divine. you won’t be able to resist.
 
 Lastly this year we aim to get Bo's  Brides and Bricolage sustained by all here in the East of London within Olympic Boroughs ...for now then we hope to move on to involve the third world.This is where I grew up and where my Dad made a difference to people who needed education, support and love... making these beautiful hearts (as he had a heart condition) are in his memory
My passion is to see the business made sustainable by women  ...or those here in England needing work and to sustain them in the new work

Bo Bangles was picked from several hundred applicants to be a shortlisted finalist in the Startups awards 2004 and has been awarded a Special Merit award as a finalist for the East London& Essex Business Awards  
 
After and being chosen by Kate O’Riordan of Time Out for the Best of Valentines,  and having her signature heart shaped jewellery featured on GMTV,
Jewellery designer and maker Bo, of Bo Bangles launched her Bridal website

Bo’ s unique handcrafted twisted sterling silver wire hearts entwined with semi-precious stones and crystals have already attracted the attention of Kate Garraway and Claire Nasir, Penny Smith , Emma B  and jewellers around the capital.
This led to a wedding commission for GMTV presenter Claire Nasir’s wedding, and for Kate Garraways bridesmaids both made the cover of OK Magazine, also commissioned by Hannah Gillette winner of GMTV interactive wedding to make a heart for her special day televised in South Africa.
Bo started making necklaces when her Father died and she felt strongly that she wanted to create something everlasting and in his memory as he had a heart condition.. Her heart shape signature symbolises passion, serenity  ...…love
 
After taking a course on Silver jewellery at Sir John Cass University Bo was hooked. She pulls from wide array of influences and inspirations in the making of her collections. Born in the USA she has lived in Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Nigeria, Somalia, Ethiopia, and Cuba and has now settled in London.
You may find her face familiar as she has been on our TV sets in many guises over the years in programs such as The Bill, Casualty, and Family Affairs and as a regular in the soap London Bridge.
